I began working with insurance in 2007 as a data entry specialist at a national call center. From there, I worked my way up to a customer service representative and earned my Tennessee Property and Casualty license in 2008. In 2011, I started working at a local independent agency and loved being able to interact with customers face to face and focus on meeting individual insurance needs. I started working with William Knight Insurance in 2014 and am excited at the opportunity to work with this stellar group as a personal lines account manager.
In my free time, I stay busy reading, swing dancing, hiking, working in the yard, traveling, enjoying time with family and friends, and being involved in the community through West Park Baptist Church.
