Addison was extremely helpful and made the entire insurance process easy to understand. He took the time to explain the different coverage options and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. We had a commercial truck hit our building and they wanted the damages to be limited to the actual cash value and depreciate the building.  Dee fought for us and we received full replacement value.
